Safelist
It is very rare that we tow a vehicle off of a private property. Unlike other security companies we do not make a living off of stealing your transportation so if we tow a vehicle it is typically for a serious violation of rules, or a nuisance issue. This page has valuable information if your vehicle was towed by us or another organization. (It probably was not us double check the security company your property management or HOA has)
All vehicles must display valid parking permit or be subject to tow at owners expense. This is the last thing we want to do and normally try and get in touch with the ownership before beginning the tow process.

Why do some cars get towed?
Why Cars Might Be Towed from Private Property
Sometimes, cars are towed from private property to ensure that the space remains safe, accessible, and well-managed. Here’s why this might happen:
1. Unauthorized Parking: If a vehicle is parked in a spot where it doesn’t have permission, such as in reserved areas or where signs indicate it’s not allowed, it may be towed to keep the area clear for those who have the right to use it.
2. Safety and Accessibility: Parking regulations are in place to maintain safety and ensure that driveways, emergency exits, and other critical areas remain accessible. Cars blocking these zones can pose hazards or inconvenience others, making towing necessary to maintain order.
3. Enforcement of Property Rules: Property owners often have specific rules about where vehicles can be parked. When these rules are not followed, towing helps enforce them and keeps the property in good condition.
4. Preventing Long-Term Abandonment: Cars that are left unattended for extended periods can be considered abandoned. Towing helps prevent clutter and ensures that parking spaces are available for active use.
Our goal is to maintain a secure and well-managed environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following parking guidelines. If you have any questions or need clarification on parking rules, feel free to reach out!
